A manufacturing client needed to predict machine efficiency and identify factors causing downtime. With data from hundreds of sensors across multiple production lines, they needed a system that could process real-time data, predict failures before they happen, and recommend optimal maintenance schedules.
Our Contribution
Our team built a complete ML platform for predictive maintenance. We created data pipelines for sensor data, developed prediction models for machine efficiency, and built a dashboard for real-time monitoring. We implemented GitOps practices for reliable deployments.
